Kerstin developed this belief through years of clinical work as well as personal and direct subjective experience. Therefore, she continuously strives to offer her clients a warm, secure and trusting space in which they can feel free to explore and express their emotions, thoughts, behaviours and relationships. Kerstin emphasises the importance of working together to make sense of what is going on that causes them distress. She works integratively, which means she combines various psychotherapy approaches to best suit the needs and goals of her clients.
