  • Weekly therapy sessions are highly recommended as they provide the stability needed to foster a strong therapeutic relationship, which is the foundation of effective therapy. Consistent sessions create a routine that supports steady progress, offering opportunities to delve deeply into thoughts, emotions, and patterns over time.

Regular meetings also allow for timely addressing of challenges as they arise, ensuring momentum is maintained and insights can be built upon week by week. This consistency helps reinforce positive changes and develop coping strategies that can significantly enhance overall wellbeing.
