COVID-19 Safety Policy and Precautions

Resilient Wellbeing Clinic is deeply committed to support you through the COVID-19 pandemic taking all the necessary precautions to minimise any risk of cross infection.

Safety Measures We Have In Place

We have implemented new safety measures to help slow the spread of coronavirus for face-to-face in person appointments. The health and safety of our clients and practitioners is our highest priority. These include:

  • We advise to arrive at the exact time of your appointment to avoid waiting in the waiting area.

  • If you feel more comfortable and / or you prefer to wear a face mask during our face-to-face sessions, please let us know and our psychologists will be happy to use a face mask as well.

  • Please let us know of possible risk factors (e.g. pre-existing health conditions) that might put yourself at risk, also considering the travelling to and from the clinic.

  • We will provide antibacterial hand sanitiser gel.

  • All surfaces (e.g. chairs, tables, door handles, light switches, etc) will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each appointment.

  • We will ask you to inform us immediately in the event you have tested positive from COVID-19. In this case, we will offer you the online session.
