Dr Nataly Fernandez is a compassionate Health Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Nataly uses an integrative approach to create a collaborative, safe and non-judgmental space, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences. She is trained in a range of evidence-based therapies and interventions, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Experiential Therapies.
Nataly provides support with the psychological, social and behavioural factors that contribute to health and illness, as well as the prevention and management of health conditions. With her support, clients can develop a deeper awareness of the connection and interaction between mind and body and how this interaction influences overall health and wellbeing.
Nataly is experienced in supporting adults with a range of difficulties including but not limited to addictions, alcohol and substance misuse, life transitions, self-esteem difficulties, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, travel anxiety, phobias, panic, stress management, behaviour change, treatment adherence, exercise adherence, health anxiety, weight management, body dissatisfaction, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, tension headaches, narcissistic abuse, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Her approach is rooted in humanistic values, making the therapeutic relationship central to her practice. Nataly believes that a safe space and a trusting relationship foster an environment that promotes growth, authenticity, and empowerment.
